Thanks for shopping with us! When we say “we,” “us,” or “our,” we mean Vintage Vault Treasures. We operate this online store and all the lovely things that make it work (the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify, which helps us securely run checkout, payments, and more.

By visiting or purchasing from our store, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and to our Privacy Policy and Refund & Returns Policy. If anything here doesn’t work for you, please don’t use the Services—and reach out if we can clarify.

1) Access & Account

You must be the age of majority where you live (or have a parent/guardian’s permission) to use the Services. If you create an account, please keep your login safe—you’re responsible for activity under it. The info you provide (name, email, payment, shipping) must be accurate and up to date.

2) Our Products (Hand-finished & Vintage-inspired)

We do our best to show true-to-life photos and descriptions. Screens and lighting vary, and hand-finished pieces may have slight variations—that’s part of their charm. Details, availability, and pricing may change without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue items at any time.

3) Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it once payment is processed and we confirm your order. Please review your cart before checkout; cancellations aren’t always possible after acceptance. If we must cancel or change an order, we’ll email the address you provided.
Returns and exchanges follow our Refund & Returns Policy (note: earrings are final sale for hygiene).

You agree purchases are for personal/household use (not resale).

4) Prices & Billing

Prices can change without notice. Your order email shows the price in effect at purchase time. Taxes, shipping, and duties (if any) are extra unless stated otherwise. By checking out, you confirm you’re authorized to use the payment method and that charges may be processed accordingly.

5) Shipping & Delivery

We ship from Florida using tracked services. Processing typically takes 1–2 business days (5-7 days for made-to-order). Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Risk of loss transfers to you when we hand your package to the carrier. If something seems off, email us—we’ll help file a claim.

6) Intellectual Property

Everything you see here—text, photos, graphics, logos, and designs—is owned by Vintage Vault Treasures or our licensors. Please don’t use it without written permission.

7) Optional Tools & Features

We may offer third-party tools or new features from time to time. They’re provided “as is” and “as available.” Use them at your discretion and review the third party’s terms.

8) Third-Party Links

We sometimes link to other sites. We don’t control or endorse their content or policies. Please review their terms before purchasing or sharing information there.

9) Relationship with Shopify

Our store is powered by Shopify. Your purchase is with Vintage Vault Treasures—not Shopify. By using our store, you agree Shopify isn’t responsible for our sales or any related claims. See Shopify’s policies for how they process certain data.

10) Privacy

Your personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy and certain data may also be processed by Shopify under Shopify’s Privacy Policy. Because we use Shopify, information may be transferred or processed outside your country to power the Services.

11) Reviews & Feedback

We love your ideas and reviews! If you submit feedback, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it (e.g., to improve or promote our Services). You promise you own the content and that it complies with these Terms. We may moderate content that’s unlawful, infringing, or harmful.

12) Fixing Errors

Every now and then, typos happen. We may correct errors in product info, pricing, availability, and promotions—and may cancel orders impacted by an error—at any time.

13) House Rules (Prohibited Uses)

Please use the Services lawfully and kindly. Don’t harass others, infringe IP, spread malware, scrape our site, spam, or try to bypass security. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse.

14) Termination

We can suspend or end access to the Services at any time (you’re still responsible for amounts due up to that date). Sections on IP, Feedback, Warranties, Liability, Indemnity, Severability, Waiver/Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, and Privacy survive termination.

15) Disclaimer of Warranties

Except where we say otherwise in writing, the Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We don’t guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free access. Some places don’t allow limits on implied warranties, so these may not fully apply to you.

16) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Vintage Vault Treasures (and our team, partners, and providers, and Shopify and its affiliates) aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (like lost profits, data, or replacement costs) arising from your use of the Services or products.

17) Indemnification

If your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms causes a claim, you agree to defend and hold harmless Vintage Vault Treasures, Shopify, and our respective teams against losses and reasonable legal fees. We’ll notify you of claims and may control the defense.

18) Severability

If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.

19) Waiver; Entire Agreement

If we don’t enforce a right, it’s not a waiver. These Terms (plus the policies we link) are our entire agreement and replace prior understandings about the Services.

20) Assignment

You can’t transfer your rights under these Terms without our written okay. We may assign ours without notice.

21) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws and courts of Florida, USA (our headquarters location).

We may update Terms by posting a new date here and, when required, notifying you. Using the Services after changes means you accept the new Terms.
