Return Policy:

To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a return policy that we honor

Return Policy Procedure:

We have a 3-day return policy. You have 3 days after delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it (unworn/unused), with tags and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, email jennhaller@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we will send a prepaid return label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/non-returnable items: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, custom/personalized pieces, or hazardous/flammable materials.

Exchanges: The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and place a new order for the desired item once the return is accepted.

Refunds: We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at jennhaller@outlook.com.
